This photo was taken during a trip Rudi took to the Sinai Desert. On his Journey he stopped to take pictures of Timna Park, Eilat, & Rafi Nelson's Village in Taba. Timna is the site of the world’s first copper mine. Thousands of ancient mining shafts can be seen throughout the park as well as remains of smelting furnaces dating back to ancient imperial Egypt. Solomon's Pillars are one of its more renowned natural sites.
