Helena Rubinstein (1872– 1965) was a Polish-American business woman. She was the founder and eponym of Helena Rubinstein Incorporated cosmetics company, which made her one of the world's richest women. In the 1950's she donated a great sum for the establishment of a new wing of the Tel-Aviv Museum. Named after her, The Helena Rubinstein Pavilion for Contemporary Art opened in 1959.
