Being a very labor- intensive process, tin toy production was quickly abandoned when plastic molding was developed, leaving only a handful of tin toy factories- Welby being one of them.

The shipping cost is calculated according to the method of delivery, the weight of the item (including packaging) and the destination, according to the Israel Post price list.

Delivery abroad: eco post (21-30 business days) / Express (5-10 business days)
PICK UPS
You can pick up the order as soon as you receive a notification that the order is ready for pick up.
If the order is not collected within six months, it will be released to stock and no refund will be given.
RETURNS
Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase / receipt of the shipment, as long as they are not used, they have not been damaged and are in their original packaging.
There is no return option for items purchased on sale.
